Founded by a 5-star hotel-trained chef, our restaurant was the result of years of research, driven by one belief: vegetarian food can be just as bold, flavorful, and satisfying. From day one, our handcrafted burgers stood out. Fresh ingredients, thoughtful recipes, and a commitment to quality quickly won the hearts of our customers. Encouraged by their love, we opened our second outlet in January 2024. With each burger served, we’re building more than a business, we’re creating a community that values purity, taste, and innovation. Today, we’re proud to take the next step: expanding beyond Jabalpur with a clear vision, To become India’s most trusted and loved pure vegetarian burger brand.

    Bugeese began not as a restaurant but as an idea, the dream of serving India its very own dedicated vegetarian burger brand.

    After months of R&D, food trials, and recipe experiments, the concept launched as a pop-up stall in March 2023. People loved its freshness, taste, and unique flavors.

    Encouraged by this success, Bugeese launched its first outlet in June 2023. What started as a single location quickly became a sensation.
  • Expanding Quickly
    In just eight months, the momentum led to the opening of a second outlet with a larger dine-in space in January 2024.

    Recognition followed fast. In 2024 and 2025, Bugeese won “Best Burgers in Jabalpur” by Swiggy, becoming a customer favorite and a brand to watch.

Divyansh Gupta, the founder of Bugeese, is a passionate food entrepreneur with a strong foundation in culinary arts and hospitality. A graduate of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, Divyansh began his journey in the food industry with hands-on training at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai, one of India’s leading 5-star hotels. He further honed his expertise by working with renowned standalone restaurants and global QSR brands like Domino’s, gaining valuable insights into both fine dining and high-volume food service. Driven by a deep understanding of food, customer preferences, and business operations, Divyansh identified a significant market gap in the vegetarian fast food space especially for high-quality, flavorful vegetarian burgers.
With this vision, he launched Bugeese in 2023: a brand dedicated to delivering delicious, innovative, and purely vegetarian burgers. Armed with industry experience and strong management skills, Divyansh is now on a mission to expand Bugeese pan-India and make it the country’s go-to vegetarian burger destination.
